WT immediately works hard to understand you and your business. What you need and where you want to go is critical and that is what we work on together. As a Business Mentor we work with you, one-on-one, using experience, specialised skills and tools to understand where you and our business is now and where you want to go.
WT offers a unique 3-option approach, Mentoring, Coaching or Business Decision Development. You choose which is most appropriate for you. When providing any option we focus on the chosen approach but will always embed elements of other methods, we adjust as appropriate.

WT works on regular but shorter contact, usually of 1-1/2 hours each time , this is easier when working a busy business as well. You choose the time best for you, in or out of business hours, at your work place, or a quiet café, or at our office. We agree on the frequency as we go, usually starting with fortnightly but decide after each meeting. When meeting we start with issues of greatest impact to you at the time, then work on the longer-term options you have selected. In between meetings you put into practice what you have learnt, you imbed new capabilities and we have the opportunity to review the next time we meet.
WT is completely customisable to you, 3 approaches, 16 subjects, variable time and meeting place.
WT uses a number of options and tools; all we need from you is time and headspace. We use visual tools but you do not need to fill lengthy forms. We provide and fill in the visuals as we go. As an experienced Business Mentoring service we offer our extensive skills, we run the tools, you respond and then you follow through by embedding activities ready for the next meeting.
WT will closely support you, face-to-face (in Christchurch or Canterbury-wide) or with frequent contact via on-line meeting tools and phone / text support throughout NZ. It is more than a program; it is about you and your business.
