As an experienced Business Mentor, this is a personalised Business Mentoring approach, on the job development with regular commitment, scheduled interaction and WT being on call. We take your real live projects and work support through learning project by project, training on immediate needs and while progressing longer-term solutions and skills.

Our Business Mentoring is both guiding and pragmatic, providing business experience with illustrations from experience and specialised tools. We also offer simplified processes to understand, frame, implement decisions and manage business activities. Where requested we also offer a point of accountability.

We start with an initial overview of your business. It is critical that we discuss the purpose of your business, where you want to go and how you believe you could get there. Coming with experience and “eyes-from-the-side” we often add special value at this beginning stage. From this we can collectively determine areas where support and development would have the greatest impact. This becomes the medium to long-term goals. We then start regular work on these goals while balancing the dual purpose of the needs that arise for each meeting.
