WT offers 3 ways to support: Coaching, Mentoring or Business tools.

Each has a different mix of business knowledge – decision-making / process skills – and engagement / attributes.

Costs and Duration – sample programs  – we can use the modular approach to suit your needs.

Start up* – A two-part approach – this gives you a simplified review of Positioning – Module and then 3 further sessions each supporting specific tasks to set-up your new business; Opportunity,  Operation and Structure.

Ideal for a start up business, 1 x 2 hours, then 3 x 1½ hours.     WTaStart-00        $650 + GST

 

Mentoring*  – A focussed approach – Mentoring gives you access to any selected module

Initial introduction and review is additional but free of charge.

Each Module requires a minimum of 4 x 1½ hours sessions over 3 months.

1st Mod =$800, add modules within 6 Mths $700 per mod + GST. WTa Ment-00   $800 + GST

 

Business Overview & re-positioning* – Combined Coaching / Mentoring & Facilitation

An overview approach – gives you access to 2 modules, Positioning and 1 other.

Initial introduction and review is additional but free of charge.

Each session is 1½ hours.

Coaching* – A personal approach – Coaching gives you access to all modules and elements.

Initial introduction and review is additional but free of charge.

Each meeting is 1½ hours.

Tools – There is no introduction or review, purely tool instruction.
